Wondering Theif (Open)

Yumi Akita, was many things, some days an explorer, some days a patron of the arts, most days a master theif. Her prey, usually rich men and women she deemed 'unworthy' of their wealth. She is a young teenage girl aged just seventeen, she has been a theif for as long as she can remember. A professional tech expert, she grew up alone on the streets of Akiyama village. A large settlement in the southern most region of a small island on the eastern mouth of the Jewel river, where the river meets the Topazial Sea. Yumi, spent most days running from the guards afer her latest heist, be it for food or gold. The theif, stole from anyone, be they wealthy traders, simple artisans or that one guy who hoards a collection of magical items. She wasn't perfect, infact within her was stll the same terrified girl who used to beg for food. Now she wondered alone and barefoot, just a few miles to the west of Negav, wearing a pair of riped jeans and a cloak to cover herself with. Her top half exposed to the elements, but she used the cloack to conceal herself, she sat, resting beneath a tree, feet spread out infront of her, hood up, staring down at her knees.

The Mad Jester
Name: Richard

fur color: green tips with dark brown underlay.
Eye color: Hazel
History: Not much is known about Richard, he doesn’t like talking about the “sad, pathetic” neko that he was before. A group of bandits found him in a destroyed cabin, near the giant tree. He proceeded to travel with them for 2 years (as a “guest”). One day he was sold off to a travelling caravan. The caravan turned out to be a traveling circus, and Richard became a good jester, the kids loved him and he was agile. One day he happened upon a ancient dagger from another world. The dagger was curved in the middle, to form a scythe –like blade, and had a prayer to the God of travelers on it, and uttering it would cause the dagger to leak with poison. The poison was from a chi-chi berry, which would cause extreme bloating of the eyes, throat, and nose. The victim will also go into a rambling, and if he/she were to survive the fight, would become hermits travelling the world. One night Richard happened upon his master passed out with a whiskey bottle nearby. A quick prick ended his master’s life. Richard then took over the circus, and travels the world to settlement to settlement. His years of being a jester earned him a silver-tongue, and he can convince people to do many things. Fairies are generally friendly towards him and his caravan, as the circus is fun to them. Thus, the caravan almost always has a fairy or two playing around it, and many bandits found themselves swallowed.
Description: wears a green and red jester’s uniform, with a small black cap on top. Has a belt that has his dagger and many potions, compounds, and poisons to choose from. He knows how to make some poisons, but relies on his companions to make any other types of potions. )))))))))))))))))))))



Richard and his circus stopped for the night, they were a few miles away from Negav, but a fairy that was traveling with them offered to convince any sentient predator to turn away.
As he climbed a low hill, he spotted a human resting against a tree, he loved meeting new people, especially those who live on the road.
He happily bound towards her,
"Hello! My name is Richard, what is yours?"

I presume by "any character of any race" you mean "...within reason," i.e. no god modding. If that's the case you should note that lest someone join in with Super Chuck Norris the Dimensional Hulk who destroys worlds with a wave of his Almighty Hand.
Also does this RP have a point you had in mind? Would we be exploring, or going on a quest of some kind, or sitting around talking, or what?
