Promoting good new writers

A thread to draw the community's attention to good writers who are just starting to contribute stories to Felarya.

The idea for this thread came to me after reading "Meeting Hiral", the first story posted by GlobFish on dA. It is (in my view) a well-written story with an interesting, likeable character, which fits perfectly into Felarya. (And an interesting secondary character, too, who appears in just one scene.) For a first story, that certainly makes it impressive.

We shouldn't just focus on new writers, older writers who haven't got much attention so far should also be featured here.

MDbear has quite a good Felarya series called "Sanctuary." (I should know, I proofread it)

Cauldronborn's Resurrection series is a welcome break from the norm of Felarya stories. It looks at a different aspect of Felarya. (Note, Cauldron is currently rewriting parts of Resurrection).

Do not be deterred by Warrior's legendary rage, he is a decent writer who really needs encouragement and critique.

I agree with Anime-Junkie that good artists who aren't that known should get some attention as well, aside from newcomers showing great quality. There are people out there that offer very interesting stories but aren't big names, so it would be good they got a bit more known... unless, of course, they want to remain obscure.

I don't know how good I am, but I think I'm decent. Can I give a little self promotion here? xD I just came out with part 4 of mara's adventures but I seem to be drowned out by the other authors who post more often >_>

First of all, a big thank you to FrenchSnack, for being thoughful enough to create this thread. Seriously man, I've been trying to help little-known authors ever since I joined Felarya in all the ways I could, and this certainly presents a wonderful opportunity.

Moving on. I would like to promote a writer, who is, in my opinion, phenomenal. And I do mean that when I say it. I've read, you could say, 95% of all literary works that share a connection to Felarya and know what's worthwhile and what is not. I am a person who holds the written arts in high regard, and as such, hate seeing talent go to waste. In this case, said writer's talent is going to waste, because he is infamous for not posting his works in groups, leaving comments, all in all everything that would get him noticed in the community. And I feel that you guys are also missing out on some great reads that without a doubt deserve more attention. So without further ado, I present http://erogg.deviantart.com/

Well, I totally did this without his permission. I sure hope he doesn't get angry with me. If he does though, I'll be counting on you to bail me out of the mess by supporting him! Though I highly doubt it would come to that.

I'm dead serious here guys (and gals), check him out and show your support. Putting emphasis on that last part. If you don't like anything, I'll personally take the blame.

One last thing, I suggest reading his last 3 stories -first-. I personally recommend starting with "Titan".

Thatonedude236 aka Saironthis deserves a nit of attention. He's not a god tier writer but he has put time and effort into his characters.
