| Ok this one isn't going to the greatest but hey.
Super Magin Buu
He was born from a confusing fusion of sorts his good half with his evil half in path to becoming his or it's former self. He was incredibly powerful his real strength was his regenerative abilities seemingly limitless in capacity, he could revive himself from everything the heroes threw at him. He could also when angry channel the immense power he swallowed up from aeons of destruction across the galaxy. He was magically created to destroy all life. Which he would have acomplished if it wasnt for that pesky goku damn that annoying idiot.
Kid Buu
The true form of Magin Buu he is so ridiculously over powered it isn't even funny. He could crush a planets tectonic plate with a single punch. Instantly copy any technique he saw. Had an unlimited source of energy and could regenerate as long as he had energy. And actually could cast spells as well. Buu is considered to be so vanilla he's forgotten the crazy pink demon had my vote.

| Let's see.
Fawful from the Mario and Luigi games. He was funny, insane, and surprisingly competent.
Ganon/dorf from the Zelda games. Although it mostly applies to his Wind Waker and A Link to the Past versions.
Vaati from the Zelda games. I dunno why, I just always liked him a lot.
Team Rocket from the Pokemon games.
Team Rocket from the Pokemon Anime (although this only applies to the Team Rocket of season 1 and season 2 where they still had their cool factor).
Golbez from Final Fantasy IV.
Kefka from Final Fantasy VI.
And if you can count Gilgamesh from Final Fantasy V, then yeah, he's at the top of the list just because of how funny and crazy awesome he is.
And that's about it. | |

| To be fair, Team Rocket is - overall - one of the least "evil" of the "Teams" in the Poke-verse. Their main goals in most mediums seem to be acquisition of power... and then maintaining said power. That's about it.
Most of the new teams? They range from genocide to complete global saturation eradication. Not exactly charming chaps.

Actually, I'm pretty sure they wanted to rule the world. They were just taking a less ambitious route than the other teams. And also, Team Aqua and Magma had uber lame goals: Team Aqua wanted more water in the world. And not for world domination, oh heck no, they wanted it so that sea Pokemon would have more places to live. And same with Team Magma, except they wanted land and land Pokemon. There wasn't any genocide about it last time I checked. Team Galactic was, admittedly, pretty awesome but there's just something Team Rocket has that the other teams don't have.
