Exilon is a very colourful rosic neko who travels around Felarya making people happy with her music. She also does shows in Negav every so often to make money. She has short, spikey, light blue hair that is styled similar to a mohawk, green ear fur with black stripes, and pink tail fur with black stripes. One of her eyes is coloured yellow, while the other is coloured blue. She wears a long white trenchcoat, open front, that has red, blue, yellow, green, pink and purple lines running around it, overlapping and turning at 90 degree angles, and a black t-shirt with similar lines underneath. She also wears a plain, straight and short brown skirt and typical-looking brown leather boots.

Exilon is an energetic rosic neko who adores making others happy, usually by means of playing music for them. She is a mute, however, which can make communication with her difficult. However, she does carry a number of notepads and pens with her. The notepads are specially enchanted to transform whatever is written on them into language or symbols understandable to the reader (for illiterate preds, this means simple glyphs that depict either actions or how to sound the words out). Exilon can often be found listening to music in her head, or with the use of headphones constructed of her magic.

When Exilon was growing up, she had a great deal of difficulty communicating with other rosic nekos in the village, and because of this, most of them would avoid her. Exilon used all this alone time to practice playing as many different types of musical instruments as she could get her hands on, and became quite good with a great number of them. After passing the test that all rosic nekos must take, she left her village for Negav, using her greatly-honed talent for knowing what type of music people enjoy by their personality and a small number of different instruments to survive until she got there. Once in Negav, she spent most of her time studying music in schools and libraries in the city, until she happened upon a special type of music-based magic. It took her a few years, but she managed to teach herself this magic style and perfect it to her own way of playing music. She also learned how to play practically every type of musical instrument there is to play.

Exilon can use her special, music-based magic to manipulate soundwaves and create whatever sound she wants. Using her magic, she can play up to 7 instruments at once; one on her own, using her magic staff, which can take the form of many different instruments, and six more instruments that are constructs of her magic that seem to play themselves. These constructs appear in the air around her, made of yellow, blue and purple lines. She can also use soundwaves for offensive and defensive purposes, and her staff has the ability to physically connect with soundwaves on a much deeper level than ordinary objects can; Exilon can literally hit a soundwave using her staff. She can also use this for travel, by using her staff as a means to 'ride' on soundwaves. The downside to these powers is that Exilon has absolutely no fighting ability of her own, and without her staff, she cannot use her magic.

Side Notes

-During her test, she played for a one-eyed mermaid who seemed to like high-tempo music.

-If the need arises, she can use her magic to make a 'voice' for herself, allowing her to speak, but she rarely uses this ability.

-According to her, Exilon is her, quote, "band name".

-She absolutely cannot get enough of things like lava lamps and glowsticks.
