The idea is to create regulars in Felarya. That means they follow a base and are similar to a side character. Its hard to put what I am saying into words. Say maybe a Neko that rides Mumansi across jewel river to Anko Bridge. Maybe a bartender or guard working in Negav. Interesting characters. (An army of Gunthers)
