| I have now thought of another trait for Predators. Flying.
Flying: Characters who don't have a weapon equipped have -2 to strength when trying to fend off this predator.
Of course, this also gives me an idea for a new weapon as well: Netgun
Netgun: +1 to Strength. An additional +2 if the predator has the Flight trait.

| Well, I've been working, and I've come up with a working set of 40 action cards, including a few that originated from Tuc135 (thanks again!).
Actions: 40 Cards
Screw Cards: 20
Jammed: 2 Cards Target a weapon a player controls, they gain no bonus from it this round. “Damn, it jammed.” “But you’re using a staff!” “Don’t you think I know that?!”
Misfortune: 2 Cards. Target player must re-roll a die roll. “Funny. He would have gotten away if he hadn’t run face first into that tree…”
Toying with its food: 2 Cards Target a player who has already gone this turn and escaped. The predator goes after them again. “Hello again.”
Voracious Hunger: 2 Cards Target predator card gains the Voracious trait. “Can’t have just one.”
Yoink: 2 Cards Take one item card equipped to another character, or a random card from a player’s hand. If you are the thief, you may look at the opponent’s hand and choose a card. “Hey! Give that back!”
Counterspell: 2 Cards Reveal this card and another card from your hand to cancel any action card that has just been played. If played by Ps'isol Magiocrat, you do not need to discard an additional card from your hand. “How about no?”
Rust: 2 Cards Place 1 item card in the play discard pile. This may not be played on an item equipped to the Delurian Tech.
You’re Coming With Me: 2 Cards Play when an opponent has played a Diversion card. That Diversion card is added to your hand instead of the digested pile. It still serves as a diversion for the other player.
Get outta my way: 2 Cards Target a player with less speed than yourself that hasn’t gone yet, that player serves as your diversion and goes next, regardless of awareness. Play resumes as normal after that player.
Distracted: 2 Cards. Target player gets –2 to Awareness. “Hey, you’re right, that is a pretty butterfly…”
Self Preservation Cards: 20 Cards
Luck: 4 Cards. Reroll a failed die roll.
Narrow Escape: 2 Cards. If you have tied or lost by 1 on a speed roll, you still escape.
Keep Running: 2 Cards +2 to an Escape Roll. May be played after the roll.
Jinx: 2 Cards. If a player has played a card on your character, it affects theirs instead.
Stuffed: 2 Cards. Play on a Predator with the Voracious trait after a character or diversion is placed in the digested pile. The Predator loses the Voracious trait. *BUUUUURP* “Oh! Excuse me!”
Combat Reflexes: 2 Cards. Until the end of your turn, your Strength score becomes your Awareness score as well. Play when a predator is flipped. “Whoa… you’re like Jet Li on crack…” “Who the hell is Jet Li?”
Felaryan Physics: 2 Cards Target Predator’s Speed and Strength are switched. “Anywhere else that may seem strange…”
Salvage: 2 Cards Take an item card from the discard pile and put it in your hand. If you are the Delurian Technician, you may take an item from the digested pile instead. “Where did you—” “Don’t ask.”
Improvisation: 2 Cards Discard this card and an Item you have equipped to use it as a distraction. “Did you just make a robot out of a pineapple and a computer?” “Shut up and keep running.”

| Could we possibly have one of these? A Cattank would prove to be a good way to fight predators. | |

| ahh, here we go, my own personal cards! For the record, due to Haru and Shadow's connection to Haru here in the RP (and everywhere else they're featured) his effect is perfectly normal. It simply means that Haru must be digested in order for Shadow to be killed.
<~-<(Characters)>-~> Alice: This card cannot be devoured by a Naga, even if that Naga has the "Voracious" trait. Awareness - 7 Strength: 5 Speed: 6
Haru Takami: When you play "Haru Takami" you may look for one "Shadow Goule" in your deck and equip it to this card. You may not do this if there are any cards with less awareness than "Haru Takami" Awareness - 3 Strength - 5 Speed - 6
Takami Haru: If this card is targeted by a Diversion, Action, or Item card, not belonging to the controler of this card when it is played, it automaticly survives the encounter with the predator. Awareness: 7 Strength: 2 Speed: 5
<~-<(Items/Actions)>-~> Shadow Goule: [Weapon] This card cannot be discarded. If this card is equiped to "Haru Takami" you may untap one other weapon attatched to Haru as well as this one. AwareMod - +3 StrenMod - +5 SpeedMod - -2
Dual Sword: [weapon] You may have two copies of "Dual Sword" equipped to a character without tapping either. Other items must be tapped unless stated otherwise. AwareMod - +0 StrenMod - +3 SpeedMod - +2
Stuipid Hat it's got BELLS!!! see? AM - + -4 StM - +0 SpM - +0
Dark Devestation: -action- You may only have one copy of this card in your deck. After used, this card must be placed in the Digested pile. You may only use this card while your "Haru Takami" is being targeted by a Predator while equipped with "Shadow Goule" AwareMod - +13 StrenMod - +13 SpeedMod - +13
Total Darkness -action- Every light casts a shadow... no matter how small... AwareMod - +0 StrenMod - -3 SpeedMod - -5
Herbal Medicine: -action- Bring back one card from the discard pile and add it to your hand. You may not use that card this round. +0 +0 +0
<~-<(Predators)>-~> Pridak: [voracious] Pridak loses 5 Strength when targeting a female character. Strength - 11 Speed - 14
<~-<(Diversions)>-~> Exploding Trees +4 to a roll while trying to escape, reduce Predator's speed by 4 as well.
Lost Satchel Select one character. Tap all of selected Character's Items and Weapons.
Useless Item Why in the name of felarya did you grab this?
Zombie Horde All characters with awareness less than, or equal to 3, are immediatly sent to Digested pile. All items however, are sent to the discard pile.
"Hail to the King, baby." If a Character sucessfully Fends off a predator, it is uneffected by all other Action, Item, and Diversion cards played.
some seem cheap, but then again, this IS felarya. if you need me to explain my reasoning behind some of these cards, just ask and i'll happily do so.

| Characters:
Mica: Is not affected by "Distracted" due to many years of hunting training. Awareness: +6 Strength: +4 Speed: +4
S-Guy: Easily distracted: Receives -3 from the "Distracted" card instead of -2. Awareness: +5 Strength: +2 Speed: +9
Items:
Vest: Awareness: +3 "EY! Let go of my vest!"
Survival Knife: Awareness: +4 Strength: +6 "You see, there's even a compass, matches and stitches inside!"
Pocket Knife: Strength: +4 Speed: +6 "I don't even need a holster for this thing! I can just flick it open!"
Holey Gloves: Speed: +4 Strength: +2 "Wait, why are there no fingers?"
Crossbow: Speed: -2 Strength: +7 "Well, the way I see it, I find the prospect of getting a metal bolt stuck in you a little bit scarier than taking a bullet." "Yeah, but it takes a lot longer to load."

| Sorry about the long time in replying, but I just noticed them. Unfortunately, S-Guy and Haru, those cards are... way too overpowered for the game. Remember, the characters are slightly better than average humans. Finding a way pocketknife that could help in a fight against a 7 story tall Naga is as likely as the moon falling from the sky. | |

| I have finally finished the items. That means that all that's left is predators... of which I have 1 card finished... *scratches back of head* Yeeeeaaaaah... I've got to work on that.
Items: 40
Trinkets: 20
Scrying Sphere: 2 Copies During the draw phase, draw an additional card, and then choose one of the cards you drew and put it on the bottom of the deck. “I see… I see… the insides of a stomach…”
Evershifting Map: 2 Copies +2 Awareness
Lucky Rabbit’s Foot: 2 Copies Add to the digested pile: Re-roll a failed die roll. “Eat this!”
Mystic Tome: 2 Copies Roll. On a 1 or 2, discard a card, on a 9 or 10, draw a card. “It inspires great thought or great migraines.”
Winged Sandals: 2 Copies +2 to speed when running away from a predator. If the predator has the Flying trait, this grants no bonus to speed, but negates the penalty to strength if you don’t have a weapon equipped. “Look Ma, no hands.” “… Somebody smack him.”
Trip Wire: 2 Copies Discard this card. Target player who is trying to escape must re-roll to escape. “I never really liked him anyway…”
Tempest Scroll: 2 Cards Discard this card. Roll a die. The predator has their speed and strength reduced by half the number shown, rounded down. If the roll is a 6 or higher, the predator loses the Flying trait.
Golden Lyre: 2 Cards May attempt to sate a predator on a roll of 4 + the # of players who went before you. If played on Rosic Neko, add 1 to any roll made to sate a predator.
SCARAB Reclamation Unit You may discard 2 cards to draw 1 card.
Camouflage Clothing +1 Awareness and +1 Speed “It’s useful, to be sure, but I’ve also found that having idiots wearing ridiculously bright clothing nearby helps.”
Weapons: 20 Cards
Boomstick: +1 Fight Discard: +4 Strength until end of turn.
Miritan Assault Rifle +2 Fight Miritan Veteran may discard this to reroll a strength test. “You had it set to semi-automatic? Are you kidding me?”
Deluran Pistol +1 Strength Draw a card. Deluran Technician draws two card if they play this. “It doesn’t really do much, but it certainly makes them feel better…”
Netgun +1 Strength +2 If the predator has the Flying trait.
Hidden Dagger: After you make a combat roll, you may discard Hidden Dagger to add +2 to your roll. “If that’s what you call a dagger, I’d hate to see what you call a sword.”
Fire Whip: 2 Copies +1 Fight +3 against Harpies
C10: 2 Copies Discard to add 3 to your fight. If you fail, you may still attempt to escape. “Toss it and start running.”
Glue Gun: 2 Copies +1 Fight +1 Speed
Lightning Stave: 2 Copies +1 Fight You win on ties. “I call it my bug zapper.”
Flaming Sword: 2 Copies -1 Awareness +2 Fight

| Hi ! like i say before this time i'll try do and finish the "FELARYA THE CARD GAME" but i'll need a little help from everyone in the forum to complete 100% of the game, at the moment i could say i only have 57% of the game complete: a total of 104 cards completes (until the moment), the basic rules of the game are all OK, but i need some more ideas to increase the game if i can adjust them with the basics rules, but i'm in need of more human or neko pictures to use in the cards. Well i use in this game a system alike the "YU-GI-OH card game" but with some changes to look more original (And OBVIOUSLY i don't use the same kind of card of YU-GI-OH), the rules i don't will post now because i'm still making some changes in them, i'm going to post the models of the cards, i divided them into 4 kinds of cards: ZONE CARDS, EVENT CARDS, CHARACTER CARDS and HERO CARDS (the character cards are divided in Predators, Humans and Nekos)here the models: here the semi-complete card: here one of my already completed cards showing Crisis: So please post your doubts, opinions, new pictures and suggestions this is all by now see you all later

| I said I was going to do a meta-analysis of this. Sure, it may never be played competitively, but....
WITHOUT FURTHER ADO!
Premise: I'd be lying if I said I didn't think it was interesting. I can't think of a card game where it is player vs. environment like this one is.
Game Play Theory: Given there are three ways to escape each turn, I have a feeling most decks will probably go as follows: Survival and "Off-the-Island", for the lack of a better name at the moment.
Survival: decks which attempt to stay alive as long as possible. -Speed: decks which use fast characters and have lots of self-speed-boosting and predator-slowing cards -Strength: decks which use strong characters and have cards wihich compliment them -Diversion: decks which have a lot of diversions
"Off the Island": decks which attempt to knock other players out -De-Buff: decks which attempt to weaken other characters to knock them out -Re-target: decks which attempt to shift the predator to other players either by awareness superiority or action cards
[More Analysis Later]
Card Ideas: Always a Bigger Fish.... Check the next predator card. If it's strength is higher than the current predator, is becomes the new active predator card and the current player's turn is over.
What Are You Running From? Your player's awareness is raised to that of the highest player card active for this turn.
I Don't Need To Outrun It.... If your speed is higher than another player's, the current predator targets him/her, regardless of awareness. If there are multiple players who are slower than you, the predator targets the slowest one. "I just need to outrun you!"
[More To Be Added Later]

| You example of card is looking good My main remark design-wise is that horizontal bar in the lower portion in the skin of the card. I think you could remove it and it would gain in clarity, imho ^^ | |

| I think that the bar could be made thinner. In addition, I don't see the artist credited there. You should credit the card art. | |
