| (OOC) This thread is simply on my charecter Numa. Unless i decide otherwise, action takes place close to the great tree. As i am new, please forgive me if i make a geographical mistake (mislacing a creature for example). Numa's profile is in the New Ideas section. Don't worry-she may be one of the largest creatures here, but she has no interest in eating another sentiant creature (See Profile for more info). Profile Link here: https://felarya.forumotion.com/new-ideas-f2/my-first-felarya-charecter-t801.htm(OUTDATED, NEW LINK HERE) http://novuswolf.deviantart.com/art/Numa-Bio-quot-Ferlaya-Variant-quot-102203029 (IC) Numa slowly woke up from the early morning sun. Her stomach growled. She gave out a small sigh-she'd need to eat a lot of sustainence to last her a day. Fortunately, she'd had the wisdom to sleep near a cluster of small trees. She gently baged and tapped one. After having a few nasty run ins with a few Dryads, involving much foul language as they were toppled over, it always paid to check. The tree seemed OK, and without any further thinking, she toppled it over with her imense body...

| OOC: Numa doesn't come anywhere near my character Alris when he's in Dragon form. Alris tops out at over 50 stories, which converts to over 541 feet. That said, I'd like to join in. | |

| Alris swooped above the forest, his seven wings carrying him along. | |

Numa stopped feeding and looked upwards as a shadow passed over her.

Nua contiued to eat...although she was much smaller than Alris's full sized form, she was still a formidable specimin. Even more curious was the carapace-like late that covered her body's vulnerable regions.

This caught Numa's attention, who turned around. She gave Alris a couple of sniffs. She then gave out a friendly growl.

| Nearby, Trav was dozing off among the large roots of a nearby tree. He was a simple looking man. He wore only simple clothing, plain brown breeches and tunic, belt, leather boots, and a wide brimmed straw hat (which was currently down over his face. He was fair skinned, with long brown hair pulled back. He had a sword, but he didn’t look like a warrior at all. The only thing of particular note was his recorder, which seemed to be made of a clear crystal.
When Masurao began talking, Trav stirred, his snoring changing tone. After a moment he awoke. Stretching groggily, he lifted his hat out of his face.
And saw one of Numa’s gigantic feet. “Gadzooks!” Trav cried out, scrambling backwards. He didn’t get far before bumping his head on the nearby tree.

| Rubbing his head, Trav looked up at the full height of Numa and saw her turning around. He didn't know what she intended to do, but given the feeding habits common among giantesses, he had a pretty good idea. He dove underneath a large shrub and did his best to hide silently, though he couldn't keep from trembling. And trembling rather loudly at that. | |

| When Trav was caught, he winced and shut his eyes, waiting for the inevitable. It didn’t come. After a moment, Trav opened his eyes to see what she was doing with him. She was simply holding him and smiling, but he hadn’t been eaten yet.
“Err…Good day to yeh, ma’am,” Trav said, a little nervous. “You ain’t plannin’ on eaten’ me, are yeh?”

| “Really? Thank yeh ma’am,” Trav said, looking over the edge of the hand to read the writing. He got to his feet on Numa’s hand. “Let me introduce meself properly, then. I’m Trav, and it be a pleasure to meet yeh.” Trav said, removing his straw hat briefly. | |

Numa wrote her name into the ground, erasing over her previous writing.

| "Numa? Be that yeh name? Tis a good one," Trav said, again carefully leaning over the edge of the hand to see what Numa wrote. He backed up from the edge, and sat back down on Numa's hand, getting a touch dizzy from looking at the ground far below.
"If I might say, I've not seen one quite like yeh afore, Numa. Be yeh new to Felarya?" Trav asked.
