He just stared at the tree in front of him and sighed. He then felt something in his mouth. He moved his tongue against his teeth and felt that his K-9s were sharp and pointed. "Brent....can you check something for me.......I want to know if there is a red moon tonight," Gold said. His eyes were starting to turn a little red.

"Can do." said Brent. "Hmmm...now that you mention it, the moon does have a red tint to it. Why do you ask?"

Mica was walking away from the group to get some air when her foot didn't touch ground and she tumbled straight into a huge pit in the snow.

"OWWWW!" Spenser yelled as the neko landed right on top of his back. "Get...off...please!" He wheezed.

"Er, sorry!" She said as the got up and moved.

"Hey, Mica, I have a great plan." He whispered something into her ear and they both grinned, and began tunneling beneath the snow. After five minutes, they could see bits of snow falling from the ceiling, a sure sign that there were people above. They began to dig ramps to the surface, but only dusting a little of the snow from the top layer so they could spy on everyone. "Hey, Brent's over there." He pointed out to Mica. "Lets go!" He said, barely with a straight face.

Spenser began furiously digging and looking up until he could see Brent directly in front of him. He stuck his arms into the snow until his fingers touched on the other side---his arms were as far as his shoulders into the wall. "Cold! Cold! Cold!!!" He whispered. He looked back at Mica, motioned for her to move back a bit, and instantly yanked all of the snow out from under Brent, caving in the area where he was sitting. "HA! Gotcha!" Spenser yelled, and grinned at Mica, his plan successful.

"SHIT!!!!!" Gold cried. he jumped up and jumped into the snow with Luna's tail still around him. Luna heard what Brent said and cursed. He unwrapped Luna's tail from his waist and dashed off into the jungle/forest, screaming like a mad man.

After coming up from where Spenser had made his area cave in, he saw Gold run into the woods screaming like a madman. "This...is not...good." he said to no one in particular.

Spenser poked his head out of the snow. "What, does he think I'll get him too?"

Luna looked at Spenser and then up at the moon. "No...it's much worse.......red moons make dad lose control of his vampiric side.......this is not good," she said dishearten.

".........Crap." said Brent.

Luna heard her dad scream from afar. "This is not good, if dad doesn't find something to feast on soon then...." she stopped trying to find the right words.

Brent, knowing that what would probably happen if Gold didn't dine on something would NOT be good, asked Luna, "Anything specific he eats in his vampire form? I can materialize something for him to dine on."

Luna mouthed one word, "Blood" She kept looking to where her father ran off and soon saw a pair of blood red eyes in the dark.

Brent, seeing the eyes as well, let out a 'YIKES!' and typed as insanely fast as he could. After he was finished, he pressed one final button, and materialized a blood fountain (Kind of like a regular fountain, except instead of water, it's blood). "I hope that works." he thought to himself.

The red eyes shifted from the fountain, to Brent, to Arrayya, to Mica, and finally to Luna. ~Dam! NOT GOOD!~ she thought. She ducked just as Gold came at her and settled on a nearby branch. His back supported one dragon wing and one angle wing, both black with red streaks.

"CRAP!! I thought that the blood fountain would work. I have to stop him somehow!!! But what can I do?!" thought Brent.

Luna looked at Arrayya and Daniel. "Everybody stay where you are, I'll handle this alone," she said. She slithered forward and said to her dad who screeched at her, "Come on dad, you don't want to hurt anyone. My neck is up for grabs, if you need to bite someone then bite my neck." She placed her left hand on the side of her neck. Gold looked at her and then at the others.

"Ugh...this is getting worse with each passing moment." Brent thought to himself.

Gold screeched and went straight for Brent. Luna swung her tail and made Gold dodge it. He screeched at her and attacked her.

"I don't think so!" Brent typed something into his gauntlet, and threw a metal ball at Gold, which then released a gas that put a garlic scent into the air.

Gold didn't noticed the smell but instead attacked Luna and landed on her neck and bite into her neck. She screamed and crashed into a nearby tree.

"...Why didn't I think of doing this before?!" thought Brent as he realized something that could bring Gold back to normal. He pulled out what looked like a cannon, aimed toward the moon, and fired a humongous blast towards it. After it hit it, the moon changed from blood red to it's regular white.

Gold released Luna's neck and flew away into a nearby tree wimpering. Luna paced her hand on her neck and looked to at the tree where her dad was.

Brent ran over to Luna and asked, "Are you okay?! Is your puncture wound bleeding badly?" He then looked to where Gold was and asked, "Is your dad going to be okay?"

Arrayya looked around and held Alris tight against her.

"I'm alright Brent but I don't know about dad," Luna said as she looked at the tree where Gold was. She slithered over to the tree and said, "Dad? Are you okay?" Gold was hiding on one of the branches and hissed at her.

Brent teleported onto a nearby branch and asked, "Yeah, are you alright, man?"
