Gold looked at Brent and snap his jaw shut in front of Brent's face. "LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!" he screeched in a demonic voice. Luna looked at her dad with sad eyes. ~This is not good, the moon changed to quickly for him to return to normal~ She thought.

Daniel got out of the Lunar Gundam, hovering in front of where Gold was.

Gold shifted his gaze to Daniel and brad his fangs at him. He retreated further back into the tree, his eyes still blood red and glowing.

"Well, if that's what you want, then I'll leave you alone." said Brent, who teleported back onto the ground.

Gold looked at everyone and suddenly leaped onto Luna's neck and bit into the soft flesh. Luna jerked but stayed still and placed her left on over her dad, letting him drink her blood.

"Well, Gold seems to be doing alright now. Hmm...I wonder when we'll get to that temple that Gold was talking about. Oh well, we'll get there when we get there." thought Brent as he leaned back onto a tree, pulling out his iPod.

Daniel allowed himself to float to the ground.

Luna sat back against the tree and felt her blood being drained. She knew this was the only way that Gold could get back to normal. She gazed at the moon and muttered a small curse under her breath.

Gold released her neck and climbed into the tree whimpering a little. ~Brent, Luna, and everyone. I'm sorry...I'm sorry for what I did and what I became, next this happens...either restrain me or kill me~ he said into everyone's mind.

It's okay. Daniel replied, Things like that happen.

"It's cool, Gold. Like Daniel said, things like this happen. As for killing you, that's not an option for me or anyone else. After all, you're our friend, and friends don't kill friends, and not to mention it would break your daughter's heart if we did." said Brent.

Gold looked at Brent but didn't say anything. He felt something wrap around him. He saw Luna's face and he lowered his gaze. "I'm sorry Luna," he said.

"Dad...you need to rest for now, your body went through a major change," Luna said opening her mouth. "I....do......need....resttttttttt" he said before fainting. Luna placed Gold in her mouth and swallowed him, making sure that nothing else would happen.

Daniel nodded.

Brent sighed as he sat back down. "Whew, it's been one heck of a night. I think I'll go to sleep now." thought Brent as he leaned against the tree and dozed off.

Luna looked up at the moon and utter a small curse at it. She suddenly realized that it was beginning to take on a red hue again. ~As long as dad is inside me, that cursed moon will not affect him~ she thought venomously. She knew that when a red moon appeared, it was impossible to stop it, much like trying to stop the full moon from showing to a werewolf.

"Everyone, you need to know this. You know why the red moon affects my dad this way. It's because exactly like the full moon on werewolves. You can't stop it, only delay it...But dad should be fine as long he remains where he is," She explained. She crossed her arms and sighed.

"Ah, I see. I'll have to be sure and remember that." said Brent.

Spenser was having trouble falling asleep in the snow, so he quickly dug down to where the temperature was constant, buried himself except for one small curved air tunnel, then went to sleep. Mica climbed into a tree and went to sleep.

"Guess I'll nab some shuteye too." thought Brent as he leaned against the tree and went to sleep.

Luna stared at the moon and sighed. She rubbed the spot were Gold had bitten her and blushed a little. ~The same exact place he bit me when i first saw him change~ she thought. She coiled her tail around the tree that Mica was sleeping in and went to sleep.

The next morning...

Brent's eyes opened after the long sleep he had from the night before. He noticed that everyone else was pretty much KO'd. Not that he was surprised, of course. After the events from the night before, he was expecting everyone to be dead tired. Except for Alris, of course, who was standing guard. Brent then decided to pull out his iPod and listen to some of his music.

Luna, who had woke up only an hour before Brent, stayed where she was. She stretched and yawned. She brought up a virtual screen and brought up a map of an area beyond deep Felarya. She uncoiled her tail and grabbed Brent and placed him on her right shoulder. "Brent, tell me, what do you see in this area," she asked him. She tapped the area of the map where only a black circle showed.

"Hmmm...well, I see that black circle, and that there's nothing inside it. What is it?" asked Brent.

Daniel awoke and began levitating.

"A place where that was destroyed by Gold during a fight with Elric a few months ago. That is where the finally battle of the Second Great Universal War took place. Here is a file of the file but I am worried though, there is activate in the crater and I can't zoom in on it," she said with a worried voice.

"Let me give it a shot." Arrayya said as she slithered over.

"There is nothing to shoot at, this is just a real time surveillance of the area that would at least take a month to get to. Hm? Well, looks like it is a cult trying to dig up what's left there," she smiled. She suddenly remembered Gold and asked Brent, "Brent, could you check on dad for me?"
