"Slaving is wrong," Taihaku replied. "I had been imagining more towards..." She thought for a moment, searching for the right term in her head. "...An honoured guest." It was the best thing she could think of.

"Why do we need to keep a low profile in the first place?" Brit asked, placing his pack back on. "We're not going to be there for very long. And once we leave, there isn't really much reason to come back. What, are there going to be angry mobs or something? Because I think we could deal with that." He looked at Rhea. "We need to worry about ourselves and our comrades, before xenophobic strangers. If she doesn't want to come in on a lie, we shouldn't try to make her."

"I suppose Brit is correct. With any luck they will be frightened, or intimidated to attack, and if not there are plenty of non-lethal ways to protect ourselves from them. I will try to put them at ease when we arrive." He said trusting it would work itself out in the end, continuing to walk onwards.

Taihaku laid her arguments to rest and followed on.

Rhea nodded and kept up a brisk pace, her lips pressed firmly togethor her eyes scanned the surroundings. Rhea gave brit a small nod in appreciation, letting a small sigh escape her lips,she walked on following behind Damon.

"Keep your eyes and ears open, I am not one for being caught off gu..........." He said getting cut off as he felt cold metal against his throat, seeing a man, and a few others appear from behind a tree, all carrying heavy firearms. "....ard." He finished, looking to the man with a scowl, not recognizing him.

"To late pretty boy, looks like you guys shouldn't have spent so much time arguing with each other." The man said to him, nodding to the other men to surround the group. "The neko will fetch a fine price, the fairy too."

"You won't touch them!" Damon snapped in anger, his voice loosing its normal, lackadaisical tone. He knew that Rhea and Taihaku were more than capable to handle themselves, perhaps more so than himself, but he was protective of his companions.

"Kill the Squamatour and the other human, we will take these 3 with us." The leader said evilly, the men readying their guns.

Slinky hadn't been paying attention to anything until the group was jumped.

Slinky swore. He didn't feel like dying today. His whole body shook and every spine on his body rose up, making a sound similar to a gun being reloaded.

Then, rather oddly, he stared to heave, coughing up a foul smell. If he was quick enough, he would throw something pretty foul from the contents of his stomach.

Brit smiled. The group was surrounded. But, no one had a blade to his throat, besides Damon, and the fairy and neko were alongside the rest, preventing a real spray of bullets. That was helpful. He took a flask from his belt.

"You want Damon alive, right?" So he wouldn't actually cut him fatally. And, in a foggy confusion, the slavers wouldn't risk killing the valuable ones. Rhea was experienced, she would know what to do. So would Damon. And Taihaku would probably keep her cool, too, if she was as calculating as she looked. The squamataur... well, he seemed generally unflappable.

Brit threw the mixure onto the ground. Magic Fog. Quick-spreading, and very, very dark.

(It's not auto-hitting if my only real target is the ground, is it?)

As soon as Brit launched his fog attack, Taihaku went to work. She used her magic to shape herself a katana made completely out of ice, and attempted a horizontal slash on the assailant who was closest to her. Regardless of whether or not it hit it's mark, she then attempted a downward chop on the next man who was next to him, standing closer to the back of the group.

Rhea's eyes narrowed slightly she took up a defensive position she shifted the tip of her spear pressing it against the man's kneck. The fairy woman tilted her head "you'd be best to think about what your about to do" she says, locking eyes with the man, her lips curving into a coy smile. Rhea managed to keep her spear steady, in the thick fog she could make out the man's features, she pressed the tip of her spear, just a little further into his neck.

The first man easily dodged Taihaku's attack, having been prepared for any rebellion the entire time, bit the other was not so lucky, he tried to sidestep the downward chop but by the time he saw her in the fog it was too late, the sword striking him in the left shoulder, as he froze in pain, adrenaline to high to even feel it.

The man Rhea had her spear against stared back at her, barely able to make her out anymore, dropping his gun hesitantly, knowing she could see him perfectly, and he stood no chance, so he simply surrendered.

Two of the others began firing randomly into the fog trying to be accurate with their shots, not wanting to hit their own group.

The moment the fog concealed them Damon grabbed the man's blade, twisting it from his hand and drawing his own blade, he swung at their leader but he ducked, drawing his secondary as they continued to strike and block one another.

Taihaku was also able to see quite clearly through the fog, her sharp eyes having been trained to a fine point by the blizzards of the Imoreith Tundra. She created another ice katana, now wielding two, and performed a rainbow chop, attempting a downward cut on the men on either side of her. For the one she had hit already, she aimed for his opposite shoulder.

The man took the blow to his other shoulder, unable to move in the shock he was feeling, falling to his knees and breathing abnormally.

The other man blocked her attack with his gun, attempting to push her back and swing it at her head, even if it was only a blunt gun.

"Good boy" Rhea says tilting her head, a coy smile on her face, she kicked the gun away, sending it skidding into the bushes, she moved closer to the man grabbing him by the scruff of his neck. In her hand the man began to shrink down, till he was merely seven inches tall in total, Rhea's fre hand curled around his lower body "you may say a prayer to the god of your choosing."

"W-wait I gave up, let me go!" She said struggling against Rhea, trying to push out of her hands. "Please I'm sorry!"

Damon spun, ducking under the man's blade. "You should run while you can." Damon smirked, slashing diagonally at him, getting blocked as the leader grabbed him both dropping their swords as they exchanged blows on the ground, punching each other. Damon pinned the man's right arm. The leader used his left, grabbing his shirt and pulling, tearing it off, revealing his wings as they bloomed out, black and white in color.

(What? Lol)

"You may have given up, but you still attacked first." Rhea says a grin upon her face, she gently tugged at the front of her breastplate, so her cleavage was exposed. Rhea slipped the shrunken girl into her cleavage up to her waist, trapping er between her two breasts "there now you can stay there unl I'm ready for ya!" The battle was still going on around her, her ears twitched she heard a tearing sound and turned to face Damon, her face expressionless, she didn't say anything. Rhea spun her spear around briefly aiming her spear at the leader "might wanna stop that sunny boy."

The leader looked up to her, being pinned by Damon and a spear to his throat, looking to both of them with a glare, letting his hands fall down, finding it easier to talk his way out, rather than die right there.

Damon looked up to Rhea, a but embarrassed she helped him, but thankful she was willing to. "Thanks Rhea, good job on the girl." He said standing up kicking his shirt away, it was useless now. "Nice place to hide the girl, quite creative."

The girl fell between her breasts, groaning and struggling to leave, not wanting to die like this.

Taihaku decided to give the man who was pushing her back some leeway to move, so she brought her sword away from his gun and twirled around to his left side, though the sound of her heavy clothing would likely give her away despite the low visibility. At the end of her turning motion, she performed a thrusting move with both her swords at once, both of them aimed for the man's midsection.

(Guys, there are others in this RP. Maybe you should wait for a bit, before making a whole page of just 2-3 characters interacting.)

Slinky growled, frustrated. While the fog helped the others, it was more of a hinder for him, as no one was near him and he couldn't see through the fog.

He stepped carefully, homing in on the sound of gunfire. His heart was thumping. Yes, he had been in many bar brawls, but a gunfight? Well, there was a first time for everything.

He steeled himself, lowering his spines. He ran, then rolled forward, aiming to slam his tail on the gunman.

((I thought I might add its fine if Slinky gets shot, but preferably nothing fatal))

Brit flipped out his switchblade. He started to head towards the edge of the smog; if he saw a shape with a gun, he'd quickly slip behind, and try to get a neck-shot. As it was, he would just try to get to where the air was clear. That alone would put him at an advantage.
